Playing with the bells even at 3 a.m. for about fifteen minutes at random times to wake up the entire center, similarly during the day, random bells coming and going without any sense... It doesn't make you want to visit the place given how it treats the well-being of the neighborhood.
The bells ringing at 3am and every 15 minutes are unbearable! Living in the city center it's really disturbing and it ruins your nights! Do something serious!
It rings while you're sleeping, seriously, it sounds like the bell is right next to the sofa. I strongly advise against it.
