Eglise Saint-Etienne
850 Rue de la Résistance, 83830 Bargemon, France
Eglise Saint-Etienne is a catholic church located in Bargemon.
The construction of the Church of Saint Etienne began in 1400 and was completed in 1427, the year of its consecration. The façade is adorned with a beautiful Flamboyant Gothic portal, and the church contains fine furnishings: angel heads on the high altar attributed to Pierre Puget, and a beautiful 16th-century triptych.
The church was built in the 15th century on the site of an older 10th century temple.
Cute and charming village church with nice acoustics for choir singing.
