This church from 17 century is absolutely unique, I've never visited one like this! By construction it resembles an overturned ship, wooden altar is decorated by 20 statues of saints, a choir walls are covered with ornament paintings, the main hall is lined with 3 rows of tribunes and the rear carries wonderful wooden organ.

A religious building of great interest, both inside and out. The essential exterior architecture contrasts with a soberly decorated interior, with beautiful wooden galleries along the long walls. A must-see, this is the jewel of Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
