chapelle Saint-Maudez is a chapel located in Guerlesquin.
I visited it in 2019, I think, as it was open to visitors during Heritage Days. That said, whether it's open every year on the same date, and perhaps on other occasions, it's best to check with the tourist office beforehand. It's a truly beautiful chapel, recently renovated I believe after having been in a state of serious disrepair.
