Beautiful way to get away from the crowds. Just a 3 minute scramble over rocks to reach. Pay attention to the tides though!

Everything about Mont St Michel is magical. The tour itself takes the better part of a day, not including many stops or any shopping. So much old architecture and hidden nooks and crannies. We did not walk down the long stair to the Chapelle Saint-Aubert, mostly because we never found it. We only saw it from above.
