A fairly compact venue and quite expensive. You're also not allowed to make much noise; even a loud laugh is too much for the decibel meter. The venue's equipment is okay, although the use of used equipment is an additional charge. It's not really clear about cleaning up. A lot depends on the person who preceded you.
