A secluded spot in the middle of a field...a small pilgrimage church worth seeing...figurative paintings by Johann Cyriak Hackhofer and Mary on the column...worth seeing...the key can be obtained by asking.

Every year on the first Sunday in July, the St. Ilgen fair takes place. From the church in St. Ilgen in Styria to the Lafnitz river in Burgenland, over a distance of more than a kilometer, market stalls, amusement rides, and beer tents are set up. The fair lasts from Friday through Monday.
