The parish church was solemnly consecrated in 1259 as a branch church of the mother parish of Gaflenz, dedicated to the holy Apostle and Evangelist John (December 27). Inside, a fresco of the Annunciation dating from before 1300 and a statue of the Virgin Mary are particularly worth seeing. The Sebaldus Trail also passes by here.
