In the center of Kirchschlag stands the parish church, dedicated to the Mother of Mary. It has a bright and welcoming feel. The building dates back to the 17th century and was renovated in the 18th. The All Souls' Day service was very nicely organized. The procession to the cemetery with lanterns was very moving. The other worshippers seemed disciplined regarding COVID-19. Everyone wore FFP2 masks in the church.
