If you're passing through the small town of Obervellach, you can't miss stopping for a few minutes at this beautiful church. A classic mountain church, with the cemetery behind it, its interior contains interesting frescoes and stucco decorations. It's definitely worth a visit!

A huge church with a world-famous altarpiece by Jan van Scorel. The adjacent medieval rectory houses rotating exhibitions and a small bear. Pastor Pichler welcomes visitors and is happy to give tours of the church and rectory. An ideal place to take a break from cycling.
