Laurentius Kirche
6460 Imst, Austria
Laurentius Kirche is a church located in Imst.
One of the oldest churches in Tyrol, it sits above the rooftops of Imst on the so-called Bergl. It was first documented in 1352. Unfortunately, it is not open to the public, but you can peek into the window.
A very pretty little church – unfortunately, the pedestrian zone offers nothing to stroll around in. There are so many empty storefronts that it's quite dreary. It's a real shame that all the shops are now located in the industrial park on the outskirts of town. Imst will no longer be a stop on our annual Tyrol holiday.
