I received an exorbitant church tax bill, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was completely unhelpful. Now I have to pay €400 – for what service? I'm leaving this organization. It's always just paying but getting nothing in return, and on top of that, I'm treated rudely.

In St. Pölten, personnel changes are being made in the parishes that are completely incomprehensible to the citizens. Convincing people to leave the church, keeping them there, or bringing them back is not working this way.
