Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne Renaissancekirche mit einem einzigen Kirchenschiff und einem lateinischen Kreuzgrundriss. Auf jeder Seite befinden sich zwei Kapellen mit Altären mit gedrehten Säulen aus Lecce-Stein aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Im Presbyterium befindet sich die Glorie des Heiligen Vinzenz von Paul, die Oronzo Tiso zugeschrieben wird.
