C'est un monastère de femmes, propre, calme. L'icône de la Vierge Marie a sa propre histoire. Les religieuses sont très accueillantes. Ils organisent une exposition d'objets faits à la main à bas prix pour aider le monastère. C'est juste à l'extérieur de la ville de Giannitsa.
